Lay-by is a shopping agreement between you and Luxido. It lets you choose the products that you love, we set it aside and you pay for it over 3 months. There are no credit checks and no interest. We keep your selected items in our stockroom until you’ve paid the full amount, then you can come in to collect and take them home!

You must be 18 years or older. South African citizens need to send a certified copy of their ID book or ID card or driver’s license. Foreign Nationals will need to send a certified copy of their passport.. Additionally, you’ll need to pay a minimum deposit of 15% of the full lay-by purchase price, and you pay the balance over 3 months.

After 14 days, we will contact you to confirm cancellation or Lay-by renewal. If you have cancelled the Lay-by, we will confirm your banking details for a full refund of total amount already paid. You’ll be refunded in cash if you paid with a debit card. If you used a credit card, the amount will be refunded to the card you used to make the original payment.
