Please note that we do not offer refunds. If you are not happy with your purchase and wish to return it, you need to follow the process below: 

• Text our WhatsApp Line on 076 180 2729 and log the return. Add your name, picture of order receipt, and proof of payment;

• Our exchange policy allows for a period of 24 hours after receiving your item to request an exchange;

• Ensure that the product are in their original purchased condition and packaging and have not been worn or used;

• The product that have been altered, repaired, incorporated or added to may not be returned;

• No shoe pads, pierced or body jewellery and/or soiled products may be returned;

• Your contact will provide you with an address and detailed instructions on how and where to send the package;

• Returns via a courier are charged at R70 per parcel. The original courier fee will not be refunded.

Upon receiving your order, we kindly request that you inspect the items promptly. If you discover any defects, damage, or receive the wrong item, please inform us immediately. This will allow us to assess the issue and take appropriate measures to resolve it.
